A weekend off!

Wahey! A weekend away from the racing grind. Finally got to see what my shop looked like on a Saturday! Not done that for nine weeks or so. Kinda relaxing.......



So what happened Saturday? Had to rebuild an engine for a customer that had had a problem with rusting - tip: Never start your car if you dont intend getting the thing properly warm. If you do this you run the risk of getting nitric acid build up in the bottom of the crankcase and having the rear bearing rusting. If you ABSOLUTELY HAVE to fire the thing up, for mates, grandparents....neighbours then pop the backplate off and put some after run oil in and around the bearing.

So, anyways, my sunday off.....I went Moutain biking! Got covered in mud...and loved every minute of it!

Anyways, ill be back tomorrow with more goings on at the shop.
